Dear Kate, I too have been on Inderal for a long time - that is l4 years and never heard I would need to go off of it. Yes, beta blockers can cause or exacerbate depression. Right now my doc has me take it with relpax when I get a headache. There's nothing dangerous about this much inderal /propranolol right?
